 Bebinca Experience by me!

The multilayered cake or pudding is sweet, buttery, and eggy like a custard with spice notes. It is made with several egg yolks and baked one painstaking layer at a time. Twenty-five percent of the Goan population identifies as Catholic, and bebinca is a must at pretty much all religious and secular festivals.

For Goans, their refrigerator is incomplete without a stored box of Bebinca and for foodies, this traditional dessert is a piece of ‘dessert heaven’ on their palates. If you’ve just come to the state for a holiday, we’re pretty sure that no less than 2-3 people have told you to pack a few boxes of this Goan delicacy! It is nothing like any dessert you’ve ever eaten in any part of India and it’s always worth the calories it comes with.

We want this dessert to be last forever not only for sometime, some people take back from Goa a delicacy that can be enjoyed at home, and they can now order a piece of Goan delicious Bebinca at home. They have improved the packaging in such a way that it can be stored for 3-4 months and can become a staple in the dessert category

The warmth locked inside each layer, melting the vanilla ice-cream as you take a bite, is quite spectacular and is a result of four primary ingredients — eggs, all-purpose flour (maida), coconut milk and sugar. To enhance the flavours and create the cascading layers, lots of ghee and a hint of nutmeg is added.

And it is awful. The egg yolks, coconut milk, flour, sugar, ghee and nutmeg that go into it ensure it can't taste entirely bad, but the rubbery texture of the commercial product, with its signature seven layers stodgily stuck together, actually makes its rich taste rather revolting.

Some of the Goan people like it warm, others eat it cold, and the smartest take theirs with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.

The Goan food Bebinca I have tried it is amazing and it tastes like delicious and I loved it. we gat this product as a fresh Bebinca and we all must try this the Goan food Bebinca.

Bebinca comes with lots of love and patience. It also gives full satisfaction to see the multiple layer of the Bebinca and a very cute smile comes while having Bebinca and a multi layer Bebinca is enjoyed by me and my family with a cheerful smile and love.
